The initial experience wasn’t what I wanted to be took a

The initial experience wasn’t what I wanted to be took a while to get a little bit of service but once chance reached out to help me, it was really smooth and one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had in my life chances very respectful and very thorough and his process of explaining The history of the car the things that he needed from me and answering any question that I had to the fullest extent, he also worked in a quick manner and didn’t waste any of my time and I’m very appreciative of him for getting me in my dream car

Matt Gillenwater was super amazing and helpful!

Matt Gillenwater was super amazing and helpful! He was able to find me the best deal possible on a car that I love in a stressful situation. The process was super easy, smooth, and quick and not stressful at all. I am going to recommend anyone looking for a car to go to him!

Matt GILLENWATTER was FANTASTIC ; he was kind , professional and paid attention to our needs . Additionally it seemed everyone in the office needed his counsel and he gave them support - with advice or direction . Our needs were met with intention and he is a great leader - it was obvious!

Absolutely the best.

Absolutely the best. Love my 22nd Explorer. Thank you, Matt Gillenwater. Definitely transparent and never pushy like most salesmen. He answered all questions and never tried to make an excuse. Matt, Dez, and Trey work diligently within our needs and

Matt, Dez, and Trey work diligently within our needs and found a fantastic vehicle that was well beyond our expectations! Matt was very efficient, kind, and very organized with a wealth of knowledge and compassionate towards kindergarten teachers. Dez was transparent and sensitive to our financial situation plus acknowledged that the additional insurance may be needed because of our location. Trey was immediately confronted with a mistake of not getting back to us prior to us being there, but recovered nicely, apologized, and owned the mistake! We then realized that we were brothers because of matching tattoos! Trey was very sensitive to our needs and made us feel at ease. It made us feel cared for and comfortable. Really great job from my mother and I and thank you so much!

Poor service, poor salesmanship, the car interior was

Poor service, poor salesmanship, the car interior was filthy, almost disgusting. Test drive set up a week in advance and they didn’t bother trying to spruce it up. Missing both front inner fenders which they knew and pointed out, but also missing the lower duct work and mounts for the air filter box which rattled wildly and had to be pointed out to them. They place is way to big to get any sort of personalized experience or true customer care.

I bought a 2023 Nissan Murano 9/9/24 from your company.

I bought a 2023 Nissan Murano 9/9/24 from your company. I am from Wisconsin. James Davison was the 1st sales person I that I talked to. He requested a scan of my drivers license which I did right away. I wanted the car held for me to fly down and buy the car. I was willing to put money down. He won't do and didn't return my emails. The next person I contacted was Tessa McClure. She was took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me. I want to come down that weekend. I sent my scanned license to her. She wouldn't hold the vehicle. She wasn't working the next couple of days. Next I got in contact with Matt Gillenwater again I had to send a scan of my license. He was willing to hold the car after scanning Flight itineracy. I told every sales agent I would put money down they didn't seem interested in that. The process on line looks easy but my experience was just the opposite. I shouldn't have to send a scanned copy of my license to three different sales agents. I think I as passed over multiple times is the commission(Pay) was low for that car do the car being marked down. You might want to adjust the commission structure in some way in motivate them to want to help even if the commissions are low for that car. Matt did a great job getting the deal done. I did give him a 4 out of 5 because as part to the deal he was going to send me a container of blue touchup paint. I messaged him about it. He claims he sent it but never came. I wanted him to send another container and get a track waiting but he wasn't will to do so. Thankyou for your time
