Brad was cool. Best experience car shopping yet. He even made my boyfriend a protein shake when my boyfriend mentioned he needed protein. Top notch customer service. He's the only car salesman we will use from now on.

Straight forward guys! Roy was very experienced and quickly pinpoint what type of cars we should look at. he is a master of multitasking- We were impressed! Brian was very easygoing and personable - he listened to our needs and helped us narrow down two cars to test drive. Brian made test driving fun. He also cheered our two tween daughters up during the long waits it took to complete our transaction. Great guy! Keep him on your team for sure- he's a natural. Overall the car buying experience at Ricart was better than Iwe'd imagined but it did take longer than we had estimated.

Update: The GM called to apologize for our service and is working with us to make it right. We have service scheduled. I'll update again when the service is complete. We were promised paint work on our vehicle at the point of sale in January. The service department directed us to the sales manager on the day we scheduled the work. The sales manger who made the promise was incredibly rude and told us he would never have agreed to completely sand and repaint the vehicle. We restated we were not asking for that but to make the repair he promised. We have made several phone calls and gone back in person. We were asked to send in pictures. We have been asked to bring in the vehicle to see it. Each time we have been promised a response with in 24-48 hours. We have not received any solution and not one response. e have left messages almost every few days. We have reached live people but have been told each time a manager who is not available will call back. It has now been 6 weeks since we purchased the vehicle. I would not trust them to follow through with after sales services.

My experience today could not have been any better. Brad made everything so easy for us and was a real pleasure to wok with. Will definitely purchase from here in the future.

I went in hoping to looking at a different car and with the help of Rick I ended up finding a better car than I imagined. I love the car that he helped me find and am so grateful that the time was taken to help me find what was best for me.

I'd been here in the past and had a real bad experience, yet, regardless, I decided to come back with my best friend so she can purchase a vehicle. Lorenzo greeted us at the door and was very kind, polite, funny and very knowledgeable. We spent a few hours with him and walked out with a great vehicle for her. Months later I decided to return so he can educate me as far as vehicle leasing vs financing; he provided as much info possible and after listening to my wants and needs, he walked me through the process, showed me the vehicle, let me test it, I fell in love; not only with the vehicle but the quality of the service as well. Overall, Lorenzo was a pleasure to work with and I plan on referring more people to him :)

I saw this car online @ cars.com on Sunday evening. I spoke with John Thornton and Kurt Rogers several times on Monday. My husband and I drove 93 miles to purchase the car on Tuesday. Your sales representatives and loan personnel were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend your dealership to others.
