Came in to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe that was listed on-line - it had already sold by the time we got there. Brian was who we had arranged to meet - he was busy with another prospective buyer so Steve Holsinger took us all over the lot looking at all options available in my price range and mileage range. Finally settling on the Kia Sorento. My only complaint is that I should have known up front that there was only a replacement key available for this vehicle. No key fob. So, now I will have the added expense of getting one.

I really enjoyed my experience with John Thornton! Unlike many dealers who just want to give their sales pitch, John worked to build a good rapport with us by finding common ground in life in general, which made the experience so much more comfortable. John was a great help and extremely patient since I was unsure what I wanted to purchase. I explained that I had previously owned SUVs but was unsure if I should just stick with an SUV or purchase a sedan due to having children. John took his time answering questions and making some recommendations. I test drove several, and even though it was 20 degrees with blowing winds, John fetched each vehicle without hesitation and continued with his can do attitude! Thank You John for freezing for me! And I'm so happy with my new sedan!

I haven't had a car payment in several years. I was leery of giving up my beloved Mercedez. Ms. Lee's patience went far in making the "goodbye" less painful.

I hate the car buying experience/process. It should not take 5 hours to buy a 10,000 used car. That said, The salesman was fair and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant. The tv's in the showroom are a nice touch. Just a really long, drawn out process.

Josh Tolliver and the rest of the staff was amazing getting us into the car we wasn't even looking for. I was looking for a truck to up grade my older one. But instead I found a car that I feel in love with. Thank you so much for everything you all done for me.
