Titan XD 15k mileage service

Very helpful staff. Get the service done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Originally I agreed to have a tire rotation, but the mechanics said it was not necessary. They removed it from the bill and explained to me why it wasn't necessary and removed it from the bill.

Rude service desk person.

Recall & oil change. I had intentions of trying a new Rogue with all safety features. Service person was having a bad day. I was going to follow up on letter from Mr.Tewsbury.

Standard oil change.

My appointment was scheduled at 3pm and my car was pulled in and looked at on time. I was treated courteous and professionally. I had a small nail in my tire and it was removed without incident. Very happy with service visit.

Leased a new car

I leased a Rouge Sport at the North Attleboro Massachusetts location. Jose was extremely helpful, he answered my texts to him when I had questions immediately. He was very thorough in making sure I understood how my vehicle works. I have only bought Hyundai’s the past 13 years, but with the WHOLE team at Nissan that I dealt with was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured to buy unlike other dealerships. So far so good with my expectations

Was pretty much rushed into the sale

Sent email Monday explaining that I did not realize until after I signed the warranty that it was 2’,212.00 And I did not want that warranty. Waiting for response to see if I can cancel that contract which I can’t afford

Muffled noise from fan

I brought my ‘15 Rogue in, due to a loud muffled noise I heard anytime I put on the heat or the defogger. The mechanics fixed the problem free of charge, due to a certain door not being fully closed when I had my filters changed out a few weeks back. Was in and out in less than an hour.

Routine Maintenance

Great customer service for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and replacing the engine and cabin air filters. The mechanics patched a rip in my new tire free of charge.
