Too long of a wait

I was in the dealership yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there an hour and 1/2 which I feel is a ridiculous amount of time for a minor service. I was told that even though I made an appointment it was first come, first served. That is unacceptable to me

Oil change

David Pari took my car right in for an oil change and checked over a question I had, assured me that everything checked out fine. He checked my car for recalls, ordered the part right away.

Quick servuce

Went in for air and cabin filtrr change and inspection sticker and was in and out in very short time. Had appt fir 4:15 and was out befor 5:00

Exceptional customer service and great staff!

I recently leased a new vehicle at this location and the salesperson Yamin was fantastic! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and he worked with me to get me into the vehicle that I had hoped for! This is my first time leasing a vehicle at this particular Nissan dealership and I would highly recommend it. I also worked with the manager Stephen Chauvin and he went above and beyond to make the process go seamlessly. Stephen was also fantastic to work with and I had a great overall experience with this dealership and their staff!

Certified Nissan Purchase

A very easy transaction, 2nd certified Nissan purchased this year. Rock bottom price on my 2018 Altima SL, no haggling required, Took the stress out of a new purchase.

After having an issue with new tires an 2 trips back my problem was resolved , the service manager took very good care to see that my problem was taken care of

Horrible customer service

I came in for an oil change and David was fine at first. But when he suggested more work and I denied it he became upset. Since the service took an hour I left and when I came back no one was on the floor. I could see David and 2 other gentleman in the office. They were just chitchatting and ignored me even though I caught eye contact from one of them. After 10 minutes a women came out from the back. She didn’t even bother to acknowledge me or anything. When I went up to her desk she said that I’m with David so she can’t help me. Then proceeded to help another guess and didn’t even bother to get David. After a few more minutes another women came out and asked me if I was being helped. So after a good 15-20 minutes I was helped. It is very disappointing on how poor their customer service is as a whole. It is not one individual but as a team. Very sad and disappointing. Will most definitely never return.
