Excellent customer service from beginning to end
Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped. Kris by far was the BEST!!!! He was patient and understanding. From the beginning to the end he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to buy a car here and of course have Kris as their salesman. Rich as well was very friendly and helpful. He worked diligently on getting my loan approved, and as well answered all my questions. Even the girl at the front desk was very friendly. Oil change and rattling noise
As always I was pleased with the thorough and efficient service at Boch Nissan. The areas of my Rogue that need attention were explained very well. My immediate challenge was a rattling noise and this resulted in a clamp that needed replacement.

2018 CPO Rogue Sport remote starter
A remote starter was installed on purchase at Boch North but not correctly. The sensors don’t recognize when the car is started so there is a extremely loud screeching noise when Starting. It was checked by service at Boch Nissan North and they said it was fixed. On delivery to my home (Which was greatly appreciated) the noise occurred. This service call identified why the noise happens. I was told to bring to Boch Toyota South. Another appointment and more time away from work. I hope this is resolved soon. This service call was good not their fault it is not resolved. Boch Nissan North should have handled this better.

Great service
The customer service representative that checked me in (David Pari) is awesome. He’s super friendly, kept giving me updates on my vehicle, and made sure to explain all details to me regarding the service done to my vehicle. He always makes it a very pleasant experience!

Oil change
Dave was great, he let me know what was due for my car, while understanding that I was a little short on funds this month due to my debit card being hacked. I ended up doing the oil change plus had the air filter changed because Dave stressed the importance of it.

Ineffiecient time wasting techs
I had to go back a second time for an oil change and rotating my tires because the desk person didnt have a part i needed that i specifically called the day before to be sure they had it. It took an hour and a half to change my oil and i had to leave without getting my tires rotated because i had sevice calls I had to go do. If i ran my business this way I'd be out of business. I cant wait until my prepaid service contract is up so i can stop coming here.
