Great service tech

I have been pleased with each of my service visits. Stefan was a great service tech. Pleasant and great communicator. Will request him in the future.

Bad customer service

Husband bought a used certified car was told the next day it had engine problems why the car wasnt checked out first I'll never understand... They brought in another of course more money and the sales manager tony was a arrogant cocky jerk... You sell someone a lemon maybe u should be nice while making a different deal... Now if they would have sent out sales man back to us we were working with joe we would have made the deal even with it being more than the one we bought and they claimed was something wrong.. But while making that first deal Tony went into finace shaking his head mad because he didnt like the deal we just fought for so im pretty sure thats why the next day "something" was wrong with the car... Our salesman joe was great.. Tony however ruined the deal... Then went i said i want my down payment back to go look somewhere else they couldnt give it back for days... Yes days screwing us in finding a new car that my husband needed... I wouldnt recommened anyone to go there esp if u ever have to deal with tony

Excellent.

Blane was my dealer . One of the best person you can get to help you buy a car. Brought a Infiniti and he was very happy to help me get it . I would recommend anyone to ask for him when buying a car.

David versus Goliath

Mostly every time I bring my car in for service I usually have David Pari help me at the service desk. He is very friendly, energetic and overall a great person at his job. My bill was noticeably high from the extra work I had done but David took care of me and paid a little less that what was stated. I value every dollar and I’m thankful David helped me out. Overall even though the invoice was higher than expected I felt safe knowing David was there to take care of me

Excellent Service

I walked out of two Nissan dealerships before coming here. The help was great not to pushy and the numbers were real. The cars "detail" could have been a bit better. Dirty visor and smudges on the screen. All in all i love my pathfinder!!

Great experience!

My recent experiment with Boch Nissan was well above my expectations. David was great to deal with an kept me updated along the way. I will definitely return for future service.

Highly Recommend!

I had a terrible experience with another Nissan dealership and was hesitant to try again. Elliott was phenomenal and assured me on each concern! He made sure each question was addressed and that I fully understood everything. You could really feel the family aspect when you walked in the dealership. I will be sending everyone to Boch Nissan from now on!
