Routine maintenance
60,000 maintenance, done in about 2 hours also fixed a heat shield rattle. Professional service, and appointment went well. Will be back with my wife's car.

NEW MURANO PURCHASE
My purchase experience was GREAT! This time I was only there twice to do paperwork and take delivery! Last time I spent my 4 day weekend there....WAY better this time! Scheduled service and rear brakes

Laura Lariviere was GREAT
Laura is knowledgeable and confidence inspiring. Reminded me that I was a few thousand miles beyond 60k service so that was addressed properly. Work was completed thoroughly and timely. Don't deal with Stefan Goncalves, he is unresponsive and defensive when challenged regarding his responsiveness.

Helped with an oil leak/warranty issue.
I had an oil leak in the engine and thankfully it was covered by Warranty. All parts were there and I was offered a rental or a ride home. Everything went well and it was a big help!
