5000 mile service

My service was awesome from the time i pulled in till the time i left. Everyone cheerful friendly.very informative. Prompt service in a timely manner

Problem with service

A simple maintenance fix resulted in a potential costly repair. Loud vibration noise from HVAC air blower after replacement of cabin air filter. I was told to run for a few days to see if problem goes away...very annoying. Customer service contacted me via email to check on my satisfaction but after explaining my issue no one has contacted me...makes me feel that all the emails and surveys is just a lot of Boch Nissan going through the motions

Laura was very friendly and was very serious about my satisfaction. She walked me to the service center to observe my vehicle being worked on. Service was completed ahead of schedule.

Great customer service center

I brought my car to the service center. Laura was just about to take her lunch hour. Instead she stayed to get me checked in. I really appreciate the fact that the employees put their customers first. Everything was corrected that I was having a problem with. It was done in a timely manner as well. I have been impressed with everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting at Boch. They are a top notch team. Thank you all.

2017 Altima Purchase

Overall experience with Boch Nissan South was very good. Marc the Sales staff that assisted us with our purchase was extremely friendly, efficient and worked with us to get the best pricing possible. We were able to pick up our newly registered Altima within 24 hours of looking at it. We would recommend this dealership.

Monday's Visit

I arrived on time and was met by a service advisor who outlined what items were to be covered. Work was completed to my satisfaction. Did notice that wheels were not cleaned during the free car wash, a little disappointing.

Oil change and break change

They ‘re kind and respectful let us know what I needed, they gave us a ride home u we needed , also let us know when the car is done and than call me ASAP
