David Pari is the!!

David Pari is the epitome of customer service.I love that I can select him as my service center representative when I am booking an appointment online. I can also text him I'll let him know that I'll be coming in and he will have the paperwork prepared at a tech assigned prior to my arriving. He always checks the system to make sure that there were no recalls on my rogue or any other issues I need to be concerned with

Great Service

I recently bought a new vehicle from elsewhere so imagine my surprise when the engine light came on a mere 3 weeks after I bought it. Obv unhappy about it, the dealership I bought it from and Nissan both helped me tremendously from start to finish. I was covered with a rental vehicle, Nissan accommodated my busy schedule and within one day, they went through the car with a fine toothed comb... incl repairing the recalls that were associated with the vehicle. They drove my car to the other dealership who provided the rental car so I wouldn't have to make multiple stops. I didn't get the names of those I dealt with but they were very helpful.

Best Car Buying Experience

Loved my buying experience. Elliot was awesome to deal with! By far the nicest and sincerest salesman I ever dealt with. Made the whole process great. Will definitely buy from this dealership again. Sami in finance was also awesome. Will highly recommend to all I know.

Poor service and condescending comments

Your dealership up and down from sales to service are a bunch of crooks. You sold me a warranty that says covers everything and obviously doesn’t. I went in there to have my sunroof covered under the warranty. The tech said they would know in one hour and 3 1/2 hours later I had to ask the status. He said Zürich does not cover parts. I clearly show the tech the part that was defective. Zürich told me that any tech should know that no parts are covered on the warranty. So therefore you nickel and dimes me for the $130 diagnostic fee. And then the tech David Pari has the audacity to speak to me in a condescending tone saying that I didn’t listen to him previously about other repairs and that is why I am mad. And he has the audacity when I drop the car off to make fun of me saying you get what you pay for regarding my cheaper tires. You people have no idea the personal financial situation of your customers. And if your attitude there is to speak in a condescending tone then not a problem you’ll never have me as a customer again and I will be very vocal about it.

My first response was me simply reaching out to you to have a conversation rather than a written response. I work in the Sales department and could see that you was upset with how things went in the Service Department. I was looking to speak with you to see if there was anything I could do, even if it was to get some clarity on what happened. I can assure you we work hard to help our customer's and do anything possible to earn their business. With that said, the Extended Service Contract you purchased was from Nissan Village, not our company. In your particular case, if the Zurich Extended Service contract you purchased from Nissan Village covered the problem then we would NOT have charged you the diagnostic fee! I understand your upset because the part is not covered however, we are not crooks. We are human though, we make mistakes and when we do we work hard to correct them! I can assure you I will be speaking with Lee, our service director and together we will have a conversation with David regarding your experience. If I was in your shoes and a part was not covered I would be upset as well. I think you should try reaching out to the Village Automotive group and see if there is anything they can do to help considering they sold you the Zurich product. Absolutely Outstanding!

I can't tell you enough how wonderful and helpful Rich the financial manager was with me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. And for my salesman Kriston Walker. From the first minute he made me feel comfortable,understanding on what I was looking for and most of all his personality is what made me feel like this is were I am staying with my business! These 2 guys are what customer service is all about.

Fast and easy!!!!!

Love this dealership, they are fast, know what they are doing, and friendly. From sales to service this is my dealership. Ih and their prices are low compared to other service shops in the area

Having my vehicle serviced

Very pleasant experience. The team here at this dealership are helpful and explained everything to me so that I could understand. The price quoted was accurate. They get the job done.

I was able to bring my car in for maintenance and diagnostic check. They found the problem and also told me that the part would be covered under warranty. The staff are persistent and efficient. Im glad I brought my car to this location!
