The "Fresh Start Program" at IPAC (Ingram Park Auto Center) in San Antonio is a subprime auto financing event. Negative reviews frequently cite bait-and-switch tactics, aggressive "voucher" mailers, and significant markup and fee additions when customers arrive at the dealership.Consumer complaints and forum feedback highlight a few consistent concerns:Bait-and-Switch Tactics: Users report seeing incredibly low online prices or "guaranteed approval" vouchers, only to find the vehicle is unavailable or that they are pushed toward more expensive models.Hidden Fees & Markups: Many buyers note that advertised prices increase substantially once mandatory dealer add-ons (like nitrogen tires or tracking devices) are included.Low Trade-In Offers: Reviewers have complained about low valuations for trade-ins, which can result in rolling negative equity into a new, high-interest subprime loan.Aggressive Marketing: The dealership frequently advertises programs via direct mail targeting bankruptcy, foreclosure, and bad credit. While the vehicle was and still on there lot passed 40 days that could have been fixed prior before forcing the vehicle on a customer that could not even browse the lot as the tradition when you go look at a vehicle. If they ever say, we can fix the issue After the purchase thats already a 🚩. 🚩 - Calulation mistakes in front of your eyes on scratch paper but not on a Buyout Agreement along with the Buyout Guide. 🚩 Salesperson lying about the recall issue could have been fixed prior but your not no dummy because if the recall was fixed prior it would have reflected that it was fixed on the car fox report. 🚩 - You was suppose to have a female saleswoman but instead you was given a male who was train to smooth talk you into getting the vehicle that no other customer want. 🚩 Not having the Dealer stickers, also known as dealership decals on the window in plain sight. This vehicle did not have it on the back left side window but it was and still priced at $19,991. 🚩 - There is alot of negative reviews then positive and when question, there is excuses after excuses of why so many customers are more unhappy then good better check their rating on the BBB as well. I had my client get her vehicle the following day at a legitimate dealership.

IPAC Pre-Owned Sales Event IPAC left an impact on me for sure! I was approved with $1500 down in July 2024 now cut to August 2024 and I have been in touch with my salesman Kenny G and I was assured that everything was okay! So the morning of my appointment less than an hour before I was scheduled to arrive I received a text message from Kenny G stating that I needed a stronger co-signer this is the exact same information from July. They got me approved and in August I was denied nothing has changed. I’m still at the same address still at the same job and literally nothing has changed but apparently the approval Fairy and Ipac Pre Owned only works in July. I have called the dealership several times on August 17. I called again on Monday, August 19 and asked to speak to a supervisor and I have yet to receive a call back from Jeff or David I just want resolution and the car that I was promised at the price that I was promised save your time. Do not go to this dealership.
