Mitch, my car salesman, was very knowledgeable about my new Chevy trailblazer! Showed me what all the buttons do in the car. He was so patient with me answering all my questions I had as well. When you go to IPac pre own ask for Mitch a true stand up gentleman. Big O was an absolute sweetheart and a comedian. He has me laughing so hard with his jokes. Also thank you Abraham for breaking down the the warranty and answering all my questions. By the end of the process I felt I gain new family members.

IPAC Pre-Owned Sales Event IPAC left an impact on me for sure! I was approved with $1500 down in July 2024 now cut to August 2024 and I have been in touch with my salesman Kenny G and I was assured that everything was okay! So the morning of my appointment less than an hour before I was scheduled to arrive I received a text message from Kenny G stating that I needed a stronger co-signer this is the exact same information from July. They got me approved and in August I was denied nothing has changed. I’m still at the same address still at the same job and literally nothing has changed but apparently the approval Fairy and Ipac Pre Owned only works in July. I have called the dealership several times on August 17. I called again on Monday, August 19 and asked to speak to a supervisor and I have yet to receive a call back from Jeff or David I just want resolution and the car that I was promised at the price that I was promised save your time. Do not go to this dealership.

Cody is an exceptional salesman who knows the products at the dealership from top to bottom. He goes out of his way to find the best product to suit you or your families needs. He is definitely an asset to the IPAC family and should be rewarded for all his efforts. He is truly a professional and if it were not for his efforts and the efforts of the special Finance director Louis Saldavor I would have never went to IPAC. Their influence and professional abilities are true attributes to the IPAC family. I have known Louis over 25 years and his ability to get the job done goes without saying. Another is the GM Ruben who made the deal and brought me back for a second vehicle for my wife. I have become a IPAC family member and will continue to recommend people from my church and family members to purchase vehicles from this great establishment and I write this review without any promises or rewards made to me! It is truly a great place to buy from just because of Louis, Cody and Ruben.
