Universal Auto Repair and Sales

I don't normally write reviews but I can't skip this one. I bought a used Van from Universal auto repair and sales and I absolutely had a great experience with them. I flew from California all the way to Massachusetts and met Andrey and his colleagues. They are nothing but honest, professionals and great to work with. I was skeptical to fly all the way there but it was truly worth it. I got a great deal on this van. They gave me all the information I needed before hand and it was easy and fast to complete the purchase. These guys are really there to help and provide honest information to their customers. We hardly get this kind of help from any dealer. I highly recommend them and look forward to do business again with them. Thank you guys for being awesome and trustworthy!!

I have owned a host of vehicles - Mercedes, BMW, Jeep, Toyota - and my family is big into cars. This, this Jeep is the most comfortable vehicle to drive. Hands down. I would take this over my parents Chayenne S. My brothers Range Rover, my German sedans. I feel safe in this car. I feel comfortable. And talk about quiet! I can drive down the interstate at 90 mph and still hear a whisper. And a note on gas, when I drive calmly (not slow, still 90mph at cruising) I get 20 mpg. For a 7,000lb v8, that is good. Oh and I can use E85 if I care about hugging a tree :)

My husband and I are still blown away with our experience and encounter with Andrey today. The plan was to just go car seeking but luckily we went to the right place and the perfect man. Immediately Andrey swayed us by his knowledge, confidence and superb communication skills. We looked at many cars and each car Andrey detail by detail informed us about the car and we viewed the interior of all. When we feel in love with one car Andrey gave us the ultimate tour and we even test-drove the car. The experience was incredible and his ability to have my husband and I be completely comfortable, intrigued and informed really has us pleased with our purchase. I already recommended my son and I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a grand experience. I give Andrey 5 shining stars and a check.

Just bought a beautiful 2010 BMW X5 M-Sport pkg from Universal Auto, and i have to say it was far less stressful and actually enjoyable than any other car dealership.. So I have to say a big thanks to Universal Auto and especially Andrey for pairing me up with the car of my dreams.

Working with Viktor was an absolute pleasure. He was so patient with us and really was honest about the car we bought. So far we have had only good luck with the vehicle we purchased through him. He kept me updated and called me back a few weeks after to make sure we were still happy.

Being no stranger to big dealerships and the stress and deceit that seems to come packaged with them, I opted to search for my new (used) car on cars.com, not sure of what to expect. I quickly found a great car, close by me, for sale at Universal. Nick and Viktor could not have made this experience any easier, faster, or more enjoyable for me. I had an excellent experience at Universal Auto Repair and Sales. Nick and Viktor were a pleasure to deal with. The price was great and I love the Subary Forester that I purchased! I would highly recommend this dealership!

I have always done my own repair work; most everything including engine rebuilds. However, downsizing left me without a garage coupled with the lack of spare time sent me looking for help. I don?t recall what caused me to try Universal, but what a find!! I will spare the anecdote and simply testify to their first-rate set of knowledge, skill set, and professionalism. There have been, including just today, cases where they advised me that certain repairs, ones I had speculated on, were not needed. In some cases Universal would inspect at no charge, even when labor was involved. I recently bought a used Corolla from Universal and could not be more pleased with the car and their professionalism in the sales cycle. I am very pleased to write this review. Joe Golden
