We practically closed the deal on our Escape over the phone with the nicest young man, H. K. I was still suffering from injuries in an accident and they catered to me like I was a queen which I really appreciated. We love our SUV!!!

Our salesman was Christopher P.

Our salesman was Christopher P. His demeanor and honesty is beyond reproach. He made the car buying experience fast and without problems. Sean the manager introduced himself to us and asked what he could do to help. Christopher had taken care of everything. The financial staff was knowledgeable and professional. Christopher and Sean called the day after the purchase to ask if we had any questions or problems. I would HIGHLY recommend Tuscaloosa Ford to anyone.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. I went in for work yo be done on my truck and they did nothing to fix it and completely ripped me off. Never coming here again and telling any and everyone with a ford to avoid this place

We had a great experience at Tuscaloosa Ford. Samuel was our salesman and was very nice and knowledgeable. Also, had dealings with Alex and the finance lady, who both was super nice and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman. Everyone definitely made us feel welcome there.
