Cedar Park Toyota was extremely efficient and pleasant when we showed up to finalize our paperwork and pick up our new Avalon Limited car. The car was washed, filled with gas, and sporting a huge white bow to welcome us. We received a thorough explanation on operating the vehicle with its advanced technologies. The paperwork went smoothly and quickly. From arrival to drive out time was only 1 1/2 hours - the shortest time we’ve ever experienced buying a new car.

Sales manager

1st time to visit this dealer. Salesman was friendly and I determined I could get a fair deal here. However Sales mgr took over negotiations and proceeded to deceive me to think we were comparing apples to apples on #s. When I got to the finance part I found 3 sections where I discovered that his #s and mine were not apples to apples but apples to oranges (of course to his favor). I was actually being deceived. There was no misunderstanding on my part. Finally the General Mgr (PJ) came in. After I showed him the 3 deceptions he agreed and I was given the prices I thought I was getting originally (difference of more than $9,000) . I have all the paperwork. I cant tell if this is standard operating procedures to sell a car. I imagine the state attorneys office would be able to determine this.

Excelent service

All for the 3 people I talked to were more that great. This was my best experience ever in a dealership! All took time the explain out options and we never felt pressured to get additional packages

Amazing customer service & experience

From start to finish this was a great experience. Communicated with online sales regarding the cars and pricing before I even stepped in the dealership. Got fast and clear answers, no hidden surprises. Made an appt and everything was ready, everyone was super friendly & informative. They really streamlined the process to make it as efficient & painless as possible. The dealership itself is state of the art and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Most honest dealership I’ve worked with

Not knowing a $200 accessory was already included in my car price, the manager alerted the financial officer of the overcharge and they corrected my bill. I could have paid for the item again unknowingly. Great business ethics. I’ll buy from them again
