My experience purchasing a Mazda CX30 from Patrick Mazda was positive. The entire process from working with Aaron via email on pricing to test driving the vehicle with Steve and processing the financing with Chris was straight forward with no nonsense involved. Although there is a Mazda dealer located much closer to my home, the team at Patrick Mazda was well worth the 80 minute drive for my purchasing experience. I highly recommend working with Patrick Mazda if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Very happy with the service I received from Larry at Patrick Mazda. It was a crazy busy time of year but that didn't phase Larry. Professional service and great follow up . I asked for a number of different things as conditions for the sale and Larry went out of his way to get me what I wanted.

I bought a pre-owned Mazda CX3 at Patrick Mazda. Fred sold me the car, he is very professional. He gave me excellent introduction to the car and many good suggestions. He is also very kind, I told him I lived far away and got there by commuter rail, then he said he can give me ride to the train station. Later when I was about to drive away my car, he also spent long time to teach me everything useful about the car. The whole dealership works in high efficiency. Chris helped me with the documents, Fred got me the plate. They got everything done for me in one day! Thank you very much!

My husband and I have owned a Mazda for 14 years and we absolutely knew we would purchase another. Patrick Mazda is just 3 minutes from work which makes it convenient for maintenance so we visited the dealership. Stephen, our sales rep, did a great job listening to us and getting us through the process quickly. It took us longer to pick a new vehicle then it did to process and finalize the paperwork. Price, even with the dealer and loyalty discounts, was slightly over market average but well worth it for the easy and quick experience. Overall, I would go to Patrick again and recommend to friends and family.

The dealership did their research on Cargurus to find a fair price on a used car, 2017 Mazda CX-3. This tells me they are serious about the car pricing. Way better than my previous experience with Flood Mazda. I felt the price can be negotiated more down from the research on Kelley's Blue Book, but Fred was so great, we felt the price we bought it at from negotiating was great. Find Fred if you want a fun and awesome experience. I would totally recommend him when purchasing a car from this dealership.
