Audi Richfield

Terrible experience with Audi Richfield management. We had agreed on a price for them to purchase our vehicle, brought the car in, spent an hour signing paperwork, signed off on EVERYTHING. Got a call from the manager the next day (who had looked at the car already) and he said “sorry we just can’t take it, I didn’t realize it needed brakes”. 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back, what an absolute joke of a customer experience to go back on your word like that. We’ve had 8 Audis in our family and my husband worked at another location for 8 years. If that’s how they treat us, RUN!

We did almost everything online and when we came into the dealership the day of pickup, we were in and out in about 30 minutes!

Bought a car from them that was suppose to be under factory warranty, come to find out a month after owning the car and it breaking on us, the vehicle warranty was VOID. The car had been modified. Worse part is I have the proof that it was VOID the day before we purchased it and they didn’t tell us before we bought it. The dealership didn’t stand by what they sold us and when asked to return the car they refused. Do not buy from this place!

Purchased a used vehicle online from this dealership and they were total professionals. Great communication throughout the process, worked with me to secure financing, and had suggestions for cross-country vehicle shipping, and took photos prior to shipping so I could verify condition upon delivery. Vehicle arrived in excellent condition, as pictured and described on the site, and clean inside and out. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

Salesman was late. Car was getting serviced. Couldn't test drive. Told me that routine service was going to up the vehicle price so I better buy now. Without a test drive I don't think so. Good luck with those kind of sales practices.

Received a special coupon for 4 wheel alignment and check suspension. Very good service finished when promised while I waited. They always accept service special coupons.

Since moving to the Twin Cities a few years ago, I have visited Audi Richfield three times for annual maintenance for my Audi. I have consistently been pleased with the prompt and courteous service I’ve received. My latest visit was no exception and I will certainly return in the future.

In for service. Advisor was concise, helpful and helped create a plan of attack for service problem. After problem identified, provided helpful advice to assess need for a fix, overall.
