Couldn't be more happy with the truck I purchased from Charles at Sparks Autoplex, I gave Charles a call a couple weeks ago on what I was looking for and he came through. I was in contact with multiple dealerships BUT Charles was the only one that stayed in contact with me on day to day basis on what he had found and found exactly what I wanted and more. Had a deal set and everything with this dealership got cashiers check cut to them sent pictures of my DL AND GAVE THEM MY LAST four of my social and booked a flight to come out and sign paperwork. Book a shipping date and put down deposit for the shipping. Then was texted vehicle is sold! I had a really good dealing about this place until this. Texting with seller and everything every step of the way and still sold under my nose. They don’t give a xxxx about the money I just put out to get there and purchase a vehicle from them. All they can say is sorry. Sorry isn’t going to reimburse my flight or the 10% I won’t be getting back from my shipping deposit either. Disappointment to the fullest. I can’t even fathom being a business and doing anything like this to someone. Horrible Horrible business

We are so happy with our purchase. The process was so easy. Buying a used vehicle is always scary but these guys are very reassuring & trustworthy. I will defiantly be recommending in the future!!

This is a two-part review, my initial review that I never posted because I took an extended vacation after buying the truck, and then a recent review after some worrisome news. I work 3rd shift, go to school full-time, and live in north Fort Worth. Found the truck online, and shot an email over to Sparks Autoplex. Left work, and before I even got to school, I had an email from Charles Sparks in my inbox. Due to my schedule, it was a couple days before I could actually get out there, but Charles and I were in constant contact, and he worked with my schedule. Pulled up to the lot, and there it was parked right up front with all it?s awesomeness! Charles and Ryan came out, shook hands, and gave me the key to test drive it. After that, just had to sign paperwork and I was off! Bonus points for Ryan, too, as I called back a few hours later and asked if he could mail me the key tag (I have every key tag to every car I?ve bought). Sure enough, it was mailed to me with my tags. :) *Update* Well 3 months after owning the truck, and really only 2 months of driving it (month long vacation), my brakes failed on me driving into work. After doing some power-googling, I was convinced it was a recall issue, but was told by Ford Customer Care Id have to get it inspected at a Ford dealership before they?d cover it. $100 and 3 hours later, I was told by the service advisor that my engine was bad and that I would need a new one (at $10k). I called Charles and told him what was going on. He gave me the number to the repair shop he uses (Texas Tires Sales in Weatherford), and said they?d take care of me. So I spent $205 to get it towed from Grapevine to Weatherford. 3 hours and only $49.99 later, I was rolling again! The vacuum hose came loose from the caliper. So even after the sale was finalized, Charles was available and willing to help me out. Sparks Autoplex is a great place to buy your next vehicle!

Charles and Ryan are as good as it gets when it comes to finding and purchasing a new vehicle. They will do whatever has to be done in order to satisfy your wants and needs. I?ve bought two trucks from them this year and they have knocked it out of the park on both of them. Highly recommend!

This place is by far the best dealership I found while hunting for my new truck. Once I pulled on to the lot they were there to help every step of the way throughout the whole process.

He is a straight shooter when it comes to his inventory , Car Fax, and price. I found him to be very honest and credible.
