Wonderful experience!

I was in the market for a previously owned vehicle and my insurance recommended Lexus of London. I met with a sales associate, Rick Watson worked hard to find that car I was looking for, a Ford Focus. Despite his efforts, we were unable to locate his vehicle. Rick was really kind and helpful. I would recommend Rick Watson to my friends and family who are interested in buying a vehicle. Diana C

Service

I usually take my Lexus to this dealer because I trust their works and also because I bought my car from here too. We also bought our Camry from them too. Been going to this dealer since 2002. Maybe I'll get another Lexus from them in the future...but gotta save up first lol.

Excellent Service

This is my first and a very pleasant experience buying a vehicle in London.Performing professionally and courteously, Mr. Jack JI gives me great help to get my best choice. He is so patient in introduing how to operate a vehice more safely. And he considerately diliveres the file and data to my home after work. I am full of gratitude.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I took my Lexus in for service about 10 days ago and was very impressed with the service. I had purchased extended warranty on my car at the time of purchase and most of the repairs were covered by the warranty. My service adviser Karen Campbell did an excellent job of making sure that the warranty covered as much as possible. I always take my car to this dealership for service and I am quite sure that is why my previous Lexus had over 400,000 kms on it.

Top notch product, top notch service, top notch people.

We needed to purchase a new vehicle rather unexpectedly, and while we were at Lexus of London to pick up our 2011 ES350 that was being serviced, we asked to see a salesperson. Sue Vincent was assigned to us. She was terrific. She went with us as we test-drove a 2016 RX350 and a 2016 ES350, and then re-tested the RX. She explained everything, and pointed out the features of each vehicle. Sue was courteous, knowledgeable, not-pushy or impatient, cheerful, and friendly. When we took delivery of our new RX350, Sue spent quite a bit of time explaining all the impressive technology that comes with the Executive Package that we had purchased. She followed-up with phone calls and emails to see how we were doing with the new vehicle. Sue is like all the other people at Lexus of London: they are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to give us incredibly wonderful attention and service. We have been customers at Lexus of London since our first Lexus in 2007; but we've been with Toyotatown (same management) since 2001, when we got an Avalon that we traded-in on our new RX. We cannot see ourselves driving anything but a Lexus, or going anywhere else for service.

Maintenance and President's package cleaning

Cheerful, informative and on schedule. The new(ish) facility is well laid out and I was met upon entering . Provided with a new model rental to enjoy.

Good experience

I'm excited to have my new car today, Jack is my sale, and he introduced how to drive my car include application. He told my many points of emergency, and how to deal with them. Also he had patient to answer all my question. Now my car is in my carport. It's a great experience. :)

Lexus of London service review

I deem them as gold standard when it comes to their attitude. I have also been exposed to two other competing European brands. But Lexus sets the benchmark for customer care and satisfaction.

Used BMW Purchase

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sue was very approachable from the initial test drive to the final pick up. Extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. Would recommend over and over again to all family/friends!

Finding new/used car

Was helped by Mr. Rick Watson. Very helpful and professional. Worked very hard to answer my questions and also answered them in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately Lexus does not make manual transmission vehicles so I'm having to rethink my future purchase. Will definitely be back when the time comes.
