my experience at zender ford was terrible, i made an appointment for 11:00am, and arrived at 11:10, the salesman i had made my appointment with (Sean) was not even there, and did not show up until 20 minutes later, when he did show up he was rude and dismissive, and eventually deemed me not worth his time, and sent me on the test drive with his shift partner. I would never buy a car from this dealership and would urge others to avoid it.

Everything was organized quickly and efficiently. All the paperwork was waiting for me when I arrived, there was no hassle. At no time was pressured to get something I didn't want or need. When I found a minor issue on the vehicle it was sent to service right away and the problem was fixed that day before I drove it off the lot. Spectacular service all around.
