Zender Ford Sales Ltd.

Just before noon today my Ford Escape displayed a message indicating that a tail light bulb needed to be replaced. I phoned Zender and they said if I came in they could "pop in" a new bulb. I drove to Zender, paid $1.28 for a new bulb and a very nice, young man installed it. Very quick despite alot of other cars on site. No charge despite some effort to remove the cover, etc. Very friendly, helpful staff.

They were very kind and patient with me which I liked very much . They did every thing in their power to get everything I wanted in a vehicle and they did I was very impressed thanks guy

The salesperson I had was so accomodating even offered to drive the car to my house for a test drive. I ended up buying my used car which is just like new! I am so thrilled to have bought my car LOCALLY!

From the time I starting enquiring about buying my vehicle to the time I drove away a happy customer, with my vehicle the service and assistance I received from Sukhi, and the team was 1st class. Sukhi, listened to my needs and took time to help guide me to what I wanted. I was given a good choice of options but at all time I was allowed be in control of the purchase. I did not feel at any time pressured into selecting any particular vehicle or other products available.

Very professional and courteous, and included perks like a new battery without us asking. Financier was helpful and not pushy on the warrantee side which was a nice change.

Not often do yo get excited about visiting a dealer ship for service needs,we had the pleasure of dealing with the service team at Zender Ford first for an oil change and a few weeks later for a minor warranty repair . With out a doubt the best experiance i have seen, these folks aren't just in the car business , there in the business of making sure the vehicle maintenance goes well ,with out a hitch .
