My wife and I went in late Saturday afternoon to browse and possibly look out trading in our old vehicle. Right from the beginning you could tell that Chris was a straight shooter, no rush, no xxxxxxxx kind of sale representative! He asked us what we were in the market for and never once tried to up sell us on anything just so he could make more profit. We ended up that day buying a 2015 ford edge. When we picked in up there were a few minor thing that were wrong (nothing that Chris over looked or anything) gave Chris a call and before I came back in which was like ten minutes later Chris and Brandon were already dealing with the issue and figured it out with in five to ten minutes. It was not my first time buying a new vehicle and HANDS DOWN he was the best car sales rep I have ever dealt with! HIGHLY recommended if anyone need a vehicle to go see my man Chris!!

Just a few weeks ago I was looking to upgrade my F350 from 2013 to 2015. Cheryl was dedicated to finding the right truck for me no matter what the obstacles. Cheryl and Melanie both tried everything in their power and the deal was great. I opted not to buy a truck for other reasons but I wanted to let it be known that the customer service at this dealership is top notch. When I am ready for another vehicle I will purchase here.

I am a hard core Jeep owner. Grandpa has one, I have two (one for off-roading), wife has a Liberty and daughter has a Patriot. Looking to replace wife's vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised at the 2013 Ford Escape makeover. Zender had an excellent low mileage Kodiak brown Escape. I really like the memory feature. My wife is considerably shorter than me. The last time I used the Escape, I opened the door, pressed the memory button and watched the seats and mirrors re-adjust themselves. When I was done with the vehicle, I got out and pressed the wife's memory button and everything moved back for her. She especially likes the heated seats. I was very pleased with Zender's attention to details. I didn't notice some headlight trim that was missing, but they did and rectified it ASAP. Well done and Thank you Zender Ford.

Eldon was more than helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find the right vehicle. Overall a great experience with Zender, would definitely recommend the Zender team to deal with!

Every one was very professional. Ashton was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was very helpful and friendly. Ashton and Ryan were fast at getting back to me with any concern I had with the vehicle at the time of purchase. They addressed everything in the most professional manner they could. From the moment I walked in until the time I took delivery Cheryl treated me like we were old friends. She listen to what I wanted and took the time to find me the perfect F150. I appreciate her dedication. Cheryl was easy going, laid back, and a no pressure salesperson. I will definitely refer her service to family and friends.

The sales agent made me feel so special and important. Found us the right truck in a timely manner!! I sent a list of features that the truck had to have and the price rage that we had to be in and they met that and came through with completing the commercial inspection to top it off. with that we were able to use the truck immediately in our business!! Ashton and Ryan were so helpful and pleasant to work with.

Always had fords my 72 86 2010 now 2014 The team got me into a truck i like great performance great sales staff . went extra mile for me. Im not a young man but i sure feel cool drivin my new fordgot a deal a hat and tee shirt i will recommend ford and zender to everyone gotta go drive my cool wheels bye bye.
