I found the service to be both friendly and efficient. Everything was done to make sure that I found the vehicle I wanted and in the price point I needed. They did everything they could to make me and my family feel welcomed and accommodated. I was very impressed with the post sale service. There were a few items that I discovered were not right with the vehicle. Eldon and Brandon made sure that the issues were remedied in excellent time. They have definitely made sure that I will be a long term customer.

This was the second time dealing with Zender Ford, and the second Escape that we have bought from them. The customer service was amazing, even with us coming in saying we didn't have a lot of time to waste. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Go see Ashton if you want a no nonsense, straight to the point, get you what you want kinda guy. He was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. And the bottle of wine was a very nice touch! We went in on a Saturday and picked up the Escape Wednesday. Melanie, thank you for giving up your beautiful "electric spice" SUV. We are a forever Ford family and we will be back to Zender.

Christian Davey went to work for me and found me the exact truck I wanted. I didn't make it easy for him but he didn't give up and I am a proud owner of a new F-150. Great customer service, lots of communication, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend Christian and Zender Ford to anyone and I will be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

I was in the market for a small SUV and visited a variety of different dealerships. Test driving the Ford Escape was last on my list and I visited Zender. Ryan and Ashton made the experience very simple and easy. They were patient, very helpful and listened to all of my questions and concerns without pressuring me into buying anything. Because of their great customer service and the great price they were able to give me I bought a 2015 Escape. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to visit Zender Ford!

Christian Davey was very helpful, easy to deal with, and personable. Go see this guy if you want excellent one on one service, enthusiasm, and knowledgeable walk throughs of potential vehicles. He made the purchase super easy for us, and he was very accessible for questions and help throughout the whole process. I'll be looking for him the next time I buy. Peter MacDonell in finance was just as helpful and accomodating. This dealership really has their ducks in row. The whole experience at Zender was high-end and inviting, and everyone just seemed genuinely friendly.

I would like to thank Diane Carlyon, She was great to deal with and was very very helpful. She answered my questions before I even asked them, She was very ontop of everything and kept me up to date on everything about the vehicle I was interested in. Everything was kept stress free and I can't but thank her enough for understanding my crazy busy time schedule and always finding a way to work around it.

I had a 2014 Honda Civic that I loved. But didn't feel safe traveling on the highways, And major fear of night time driving was very overwhelming for me. With 2 children I needed something that I felt safe driving. I had in mind that the Edge would suit my comfort zone and our family, So I went to Zender to inquire about trading my car for a SUV. Christian made our decision very easy. He's priority was making sure that I felt safe. And to be honest it is a pleasure to drive. I feel safe driving in the dark and the highways and I no longer feel overwhelmed while driving. Christian made our choice and process so enjoyable and easy. Would refer him again and again.

This was the best, most stress free car buying experience I've had in a long time. Every staff member that I dealt with was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, and I got a great deal on my car. At no time did I feel under pressure regarding the purchase price of the vehicle, or when discussing optional purchases such as extended warranties. Abhi Bose (sales) was especially helpful and did a great job. We were even offered lunch while waiting for insurance to come through. I live 3 hours drive away from Zender Ford, and I will definitely be back when I need another car. Thanks!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Ashton late November . We had been looking for awhile but really can't stand dealing with sales people that basically chase you around the lot and feed you every line in the book. I had been dealing with online sales but never received a response from Zender so I called and was put through to Ashton who gladly took my call, I informed him of the vehicle I was looking at and what I was wanting to pay, I told him I did t want to go to zender until I knew what the price was as it is quite the distance to drive. He took my number and got back to me with the lowest price, which I was happy with. We went down a couple hours later for a test drive. There was a slight tick in the front end so Ashton said he would get it in the shop for a inspection. This was done the next day , the vehicle was detailed and topped up with fuel and the deal was done. This was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle...Thank you Ashton (sorry this took so long)
