Endless Service
Very poor service, with no regard for customer requests. Also, I had my vehicle in for a detail. It was done very poorly. The service team seemed helpful at first and said they would redo the detail at no cost. However, the vehicle is still very dirty. There are multiple spots that were never even touched. The team didn't even bother to clean the back of the vehicle. They ended up keeping my vehicle in the shop for nearly a week and made me cover half of a rental vehicle for their mistake. Worst experience I have had at a dealership.

Tire Switch Out

F150 - Sync problem
Mike & Scott went above and beyond to get my sync system functioning with my phone. We weren't certain it worked while in the service bay, but I am happy to report once I was away from the various wifi hotspots interfering with the master reset, my phone did sync and I could once again use Bluetooth.

Treated me great.
Just like most people..we don't like to wait; however I don't mind waiting. My time there was reading a book..boom before I knew it my car was ready. Great service as they have improved how they can get clients in and out without too much fuss.

Great Help
I was having issues uploading the latest Sync updates. Mitch and the other service personnel went above and beyond to fix my problem. In spite of the fact that the Ford website was down for a period of time they still managed to have my car back to me the same day. Thank you so very much. In and Out, Friendly Service
I had a regular maintenance plan appointment at 8:00 am. I was done and on my way to work by 8:20 and I had my car back at 1:00. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The best experience I've had at a dealership.

Great service
Had routine work done, along with a spring check-up. They found some issues that needed to be fixed, and it was accomplished under warranty. Scott gave such great service and has a very positive attitude. He really made me feel that my business was appreciated. I got my appointment in a very timely manner too.

Excellent Service Experience
When I showed up Fiona was quick to get me processed and Brian the service manager was on top of everything. When he released the shuttle truck was still 45 minutes out with 4 customers waiting he took action, used his truck and recruited a driver and had us on our way. This is actually my normal experience of a team who go well beyond what could be called normal to ensure your in and out quickly and your vehicle is ready on time.
