We purchased Seltos 2026 on the 18th of April. Our salesman was Nick Belenger. Could not have asked for a better salesman. Was very knowledgeable friendly and was not pushy. felt comfortable with him and highly recommend him with anyone. great job Nick!!!

Fardin Hasan at Harris Kia Nanaimo provided outstanding service during our recent visit. New to the role, he demonstrated impressive knowledge and a customer-focused approach. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were appreciated. Though we purchased elsewhere, Fardin's service deserves recognition.

We left without our paperwork which is also on me excited for my new car.. but been asking over and over again for paperwork and getting the run around!! I live out of town! seriously how hard is it to send alllllll the paperwork 🙄 they just don’t care after the sale!!!!!

They come off good but once u read fine lines. Id never worked with them knowing how how bad customer service is. I spoke to a uppet management in office. I wanted a 2nd car but ill go elsewhere. Vsa is in contact emails have begun to show paperwork and evidence

Some things were good, some aspects of service were good, but I would not go back to this location at this time

I am now the proud owner of a 2026 Kia Seltos! Everything was handled over the phone by the team at Harris Kia - I live in the Fraser Valley and will ALWAYS make the trip to the island for the level of service received from Elliot. It is nerve wracking dealing with all things cars as a single mom - from finance to function. Elliot once again made the whole experience feel safe and easy.

Just bought a 2024 Kia Seltos from Courtney Perreault at Harris Kia. She was so professional and helpful through the whole process. Brought in Josh Hawker, the sales manager at one point to seal the deal. He also was very helpful and professional. We didn't get much for our vehicle, but I guess that's the way it goes. Overall it was a fun experience with Courtney but it took soooo long to complete things. 6 hours! Only glitch was the oil notification kept coming on when starting the car. Courtney was on it and had someone from service come and look at it. They said they took care of it but they didnt, it was still coming on. When we brought it back Courtney was on it right away and had service deal with it again. Took a little while but we needed to get home for our dogs so she got someone to drive us home. Shortly after, it was done, so we came back and got it. Have to also mention Grace McCheyne who does the warranty paperwork. She was so helpful explaining everything and not pushy at all. Nothing to do with her performance but wow, she is so beautiful inside and out! Overall, it was a big purchase, and other than it taking so long for everything, it was kinda fun dealing with everyone there!

We found Jesse and Josh to be really personable and practically helpful. They took the time to tell us more about the vehicle and we enjoyed the opportunity to have a test drive.
