This is my first Cadillac purchase. I received a friendly greeting from Owen Ferguson when I stopped to view some vehicles on the lot. I had an appointment to attend and could not spend much time on the lot. We agreed for a Follow up. Owen has very good product knowledge and a good listener. He is very patient with our questions and we never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. I'm sure his quiet and friendly demeanor also contributed to our satisfaction. Owen made us feel comfortable and looked after our needs and comfort while at the dealership. We felt our speedy negotiation resulted in a fair and honest Deal. No surprises! Glen was great to deal with, helpful and personable, he made purchasing a new vehicle relaxing and not pressured which is very important when you are looking for a new vehicle, I will recommend him to everyone.
