Service work was excellent.

Service work was excellent. The area was clean and a comfortable waiting area. I appreciate the hard work that Sarah Wheldon did to get my car back as soon as possible.

Had some codes 1 was P0301and p0017.

Had some codes 1 was P0301and p0017. I asked them to have a look so they changed the spark plugs code was off. I start the car the code was back and the engine light came on. Partsource read the code said the crankshaft position sensor. So I bought the part. Today asked them to install it check the wiring clean the valves. The job takes 10minutes instead they didn't do that. They drove the car around put in the code reader and did not do what I asked them to do. They keep trying to get the diagnosis fee. Scam artists on these codes. I told them I'm not paying for a code reader.

I didn’t buy my car from you but I will continue to bring

I didn’t buy my car from you but I will continue to bring my car to you for service. We had fantastic service. My car was so clean when I picked it up. And all the staff were so friendly. Thank you for the coffee and the nice cold water. 😄

The service dept.

The service dept. was able to get me in quickly and the service was done speedily despite my changing the wait time as I was hanging around for my vehicle. The staff were friendly and kept me appraised of how my service was going. The facility was clean and the free internet made my time there productive. I am now 1.5 hrs away from the dealership but will continue to go there as I trust the workmanship.
