Everyone that I dealt with from sales, finance and management were very courteous and informative. I left feeling very satisfied.

My service May 9 in itself was OK. But it was a return visit for me as my service booked for May 2 was not done because I was told '..they'd sent the wrong part..'. Also even though when I booked both I was asked if I'd need the shuttle and said, both times, I'd wait, and was told there'd be a note on the booking. When checking in both times I was asked if I'd need the shuttle. At the very least wouldn't it be better to be asked "...are you still going to wait...' ? Thanks.

I had my car in for spring service. The lady that booked the appointment was polite, courteous and accommodating to find a time that worked for me. I was able to check in shortly before my appointment and Jared was prompt and efficient in checking my vehicle in. The Service dept. completed the service promptly while I waited and Jared did a good job in keeping me informed of progress, I appreciated that.

There was an immediate greeting which was very nice. The Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful. Everyone was very helpful and worked with us to get what we needed. We liked that they told me the actual price of that car. We also liked that they work with us to get a fair price for a decent car. We did alot of car shopping and in the end we felt these guys and girls gave us the best service all around. The saleperson put our minds at ease as the outlined the safety features along with the features that came with the car. It was overall a great experience for us.

The service is excellent and the people are very friendly and helpful. Also like the location.

Precision was very accomodating with a last minute appointment and had the service completed ahead of promised time. They provided a taxi to get to my appointment and washed my car as a plus. The service writer Jared was friendly and helpful as was the cashier who reviewed bill and took my payment. I'll definitely be going back. This is my third service now and have had only positive experiences.
