Very EASY to deal with !

This is my 2nd Hyundai Elantra, and I highly recommend this vehicle and this dealership ! Paige( the sales rep) made the entire process very pleasant, and I would not hesitate to deal with her again or to recommend her to a friend or family member !

I assume they did a thorough job and appreciate that.

The service experience went well. They have a check list and I assume the service personnel checked each and everything on it. Staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. A little cheaper would be nice, but that won't happen! It was for an oil change Kathy

Not satisfied

Technically I don’t choose the car i just feel obligated and pressure to say yes to the car they choose,FYI i didn’t do test drive, and the car they pushing me to buy they didn’t bother to showed it to me, when we went to the car storage lot to show the tuscon and santa fe not the car they trying to push over me the saleman said its not far I believe him but i am shock it’s 5-7 minutes drive away from their location FYI guys i have my 2years Old daughter with me without car seat..so when they push me the car they want i am scared to look for it i know it’s dumb but i am protecting my daughter safety. I ask you to change the colour i wait whole day but you can’t find the colour i want meaning you try to sell the last stock you have!

Excellent service

Precision calls to remind you before the appointment, Calls before the work is started, and calls to let you know when it’s almost done or ready. So simple but yet so many other dealerships can not provide the service? Car was washed, inspection found a nail in my tire which they fixed, and everything was done in the time window I requested. These guys will continue to keep my business.

Excellent service and support

I had an outstanding experience buying my Hyundai Elantra from Billy Sakkalisin the used car sales department. He was patient, spent a ton of time explaining the vehicles features to me, was very detailed and catried himself with a real sense of integrity and respect. He time to even set up the vehicle Bluetooth to my phone and accommodating my schedule, needs. No pressure was felt, but rather was very comfortable in working with Billy. The manager, Oma Taha, was a also very patient, open, honest and willing to support my needs. A 10/10 experience and I am more than extremely happy with my new Elantra, the service, professionalism and support. Ed in finance was very thorough, patient and professional. Buying a car has never been easier or better!!

Warranty

Service was quick service tech very informative let me know how it was going what needed to be done how the service was going. Later come to tell me the follow up work that had to be done and when it was going to happen. Then had the car washed and was on my way. Thank you.

Amazing Customer Service and attention to better serve you. They really did their best to take care about not only fixing my 2013 Elantra, but also found a good deal where I could change my car for a 2018 nearly brand new Elantra. I'm very satisfied.
