Amy in the service department is top notch!!!!

My engine in my Elantra was making a horrible noise, I took it in to to get it looked at and Amy checked things out and informed me that I needed an new engine!! It was quite a shock but I was instantly relieved when Amy told me the engine replacement was covered and Hyundai would warranty my engine. I was given a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed. Amy kept me informed during the process and replaced light bulbs that need to be replaced. My car is running like it’s brand new again and I got it back spotless!!

Excellent Customer Service

Phoenix Orange Elantra

I recently purchased a 2017 Elantra and as soon as I saw it I fell in love with the colour....Phoenix Orange. Ahmed was so friendly and welcoming and he made us (my husband and I) comfortable about the choice we made. I did have a limit on what I was willing to spend and the payments were only slightly above what my cap was. I will definately go back and ask for him when I am wanting another vehicle. Ed also went to great lengths to get us a great interest rate.

My experience was excellent

My experience was excellent. I bought my first Tucson in 2006 from Dusty O Neill. I contacted him again about 6mths ago to test drive a new Tucson. I wasn't quite ready to buy and wanted to test drive some other vehicles ie. Mazda cx5. He was great to work with, he followed up with me a few weeks after my first test drive. To make a long story short, he wasn't pushy, he gave me all of the info I needed and I ended up purchasing a new 2018 Tucson AWD 1.6Turbo. Very nice!! Dusty did a great job again and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. I also dealt with Terrilynn for the financing and she was amazing too. Very efficient. I work in sales in the financial services industry so I understand how sales people get paid. She gave me all of the important options ie. insurance etc. without being pushy. I would recommend anyone to go to Precision and deal with these two people. The sales manager was also very nice and was involved in the pricing for my trade in etc. Very happy with the way everything was handled.

Amazing People & Service

Robert, Ed and Nick real people that share their life story and care about the service they offer. We had an amazing experience with the purchase of our brand new 2018 KONA. Everything was so well explained and the service was second to non. They also refereed me to Larry the insurance Action Insurance which saved me a lot of money on my insurance. Excellent Value, Great Service and Knowledgable Guidance

"Our experience at Precision Hyundai is one that is well worth sharing. My sister and I bought an used Santa Fe with the exemplary help of Omar, Ziad and the finance team. The vehicle was clean and running beautifully the moment we picked it up. Our first trip together was through a snowstorm, pulling a fully load U-haul over the mountains. The Santa Fe handled extremely well in these adverse conditions. The confidence we felt about our choice was unwavering and we continue to feel incredibly lucky to have the vehicle of our choice. It supports our daily life and continues to feel like a luxury that is hardy and dependable no matter what the conditions. We made an extremely hard life transition when we bought our Santa Fe and along with Omar and Ziad we continue to feel confident that the Precision Hyundai Team is with us all along the way. Great Service

I went in to the dealership for a service appointment and left with a new SUV. No one on staff pressured me but they answered my questions and worked to get me into my new vehicle. They were professional, courteous and great to deal with.

Our precision experience

When we were looking to buy a car a friend recommended this dealership and specifically Robert Koonin. We were greeted with hospitality and friendliness. Their customer service is thorough. They were very helpful in every step of the process from helping find the vehicle that best fits our needs, getting the best price for us, helping set up the car, showing the many functions and how it works, helping get insurance and registration, setting up the financing with personal friendliness. Overall it was a great experience and I’d recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Excellent detailing service

Our truck was far from clean thanks to our collie, but it came out immaculate. We were very impressed with how clean it came out.
