Used to love this dealer thought the service department was excellent, then when I need a tire replacement I asked if it would be covered by my extend warranty or the tire care package I paid. Had the tire replace with the promise they would get the information and get back to me a month later a number of text and email still no answer.

Everything was good , a little more time waiting for the shuttle but otherwise was ok.

On time and very friendly. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Will recommend it to anyone.

Brought my car in for service. Dropped it off before service opened. Had to call 3 times before I could get ahold of someone to confirm my keys had been received and that they didn’t need anything from me to do the service I had booked. Never heard anything else from service, no one called to say my vehicle was ready, no one called to go over what was done etc. Very Very disappointed in the lack of communication. And, one of the things I’d requested to have looked at, wasn’t fixed.
