Dan was great to deal with

We requested an internet quote and Dan responded. We liked that the response we received was exactly the information we requested. Other dealerships responded and pricing was higher and they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan was very informative knew the product well, answered all of our questions we had, didn’t rush us at all, wasn’t pushy. Dan is great to deal with

New truck

Justin and staff where all very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience dealing with HMP. I would recommend HMP and would deal with them again

It's Worth the Trip To HMP!

I was very pleased with Justin and the HMP team. They were very fair with my trade in and offered me top dollar! They even got me into an SUV when I was thinking of going back to a car. Justin asked me if he could show me one more vehicle after test driving a few cars. I was thrilled it was an SUV. A spunky little Buick Encore perfect for me! Thanks again HMP for treating me well and making every step of the process very transparent and honest. Its good to know honest dealerships still exist!

Outstanding Service

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Chuck Erb at HMP. As usual we received outstanding service. Chuck helped us find exactly what we were looking for and for a very reasonable price. Never Thought A Car Repair Could Make Me Smile :)

Everyone loves buying a new car and it’s easy street when you deal with a man of integrity like Chuck Erb. I’ve always felt the joy of all the extra add-ons with Susan Riddell and the vibrance of driving away in style. Since I’ve never experienced one glitch with any of my previous purchases at HMP I decided not to buy the extended warranty on my current vehicle and the joy of vehicle responsibility lost its glamour when that warning light lit. Let's be honest, it can happen to anyone and once it blinks it's hard to see beyond the concerning character of an engine light symbol. I’m exceptionally thankful to Jeff Heywood and Jim Dickins for being a team that understands the care it takes to lighten the stress of the unexpected. This is my two shouts out with a huge thank you for explaining every step before it was made and for getting me comfortably back into the joy of the driver’s seat. I think I love you HMP!

"Unparalleled customer service & experience!"

From my first phone call with Chuck Erb until the time I walked out of this dealership with my new truck I was greeted and treated with the kind of customer service that has gone unmatched for me when purchasing a new vehicle. From being greeted with a smile by Ann Sullivan at Reception on my first visit to the dealership to speaking with Sales Manager Bill Vandeworp, dealing with Susan Riddell in Finance and to getting a hand shake from the Principal Dealer Tim Hamather who took the time to thank me for my business. Chuck and Susan were both extremely professional to deal with, very friendly and knowledgable and answered any and all questions I had with a smile. No phone call or email went unanswered in a timely manner and I was always satisfied with their replies. An amazing experience there from start to finish and if anyone is considering a new or used vehicle purchase you must stop here and experience for yourself what "Customer Service" really is. I will be returning.

Excellent, honest/old school customer service!

When I knew it was time for a 'new' car, you could say that I was not exactly looking forward to the experience. I've heard horror stories of the "business office" up-selling that can go on & this thought is intimidating to a person who knows little about cars. From the moment I walked into Peter Scrivens's office, my worries were immediately put to rest. I truly appreciated his honest, "old school" approach! He made me feel as though he truly had my best interests at heart & it was quite apparent to me that Peter takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service to all of his customers.
