No phone call or email went unanswered in a timely manner and I was always satisfied with their replies. When I knew it was time for a 'new' car, you could say that I was not exactly looking forward to the experience. I've heard horror stories of the "business office" up-selling that can go on & this thought is intimidating to a person who knows little about cars.
