I came into HMP inquiring about a smaller SUV that is better on gas than my current vehicle. Jeff was able to help me out right away and answered all questions i had. He was able to pull up many options right away based on my wants and needs. Without Jeff's help I wouldn't be now driving my dream car that caters to my adventourous lifestyle but isn't breaking the bank! The salesman we had was Jeff Beauchamp . He was very helpful and new what he was talking about , very knowledgeable , a pleasure to talk to, did not try to pressure us into something that we didn’t want. Bill was waiting for when we arrived to pick up my new caddy. It was well detailed and waiting for me. He had already added some stations in the radio .. all was good and a box of chocolates was a nice extra

I was referred to Huron Motor Products through a neighbour that has purchased from the dealer before. He said to contact Bill Vandeworp the gentleman he had dealt with. I contacted Bill and told him what I was interested in and asked if we could sit down to discuss a purchase. He told me that he was tied up that particular day and asked if he could refer me to one of his sales team. I said that would be fine and he said he would contact Dan Brannon as soon as we got off the phone. My wife and I met with Dan and experienced nothing but true professionalism. Dan answered our questions, replied to our emails and was accommodating right to the day our new vehicle was delivered.

I recently purchased a 2019 Denali from HMP. All of their staff were professional and courteous, especially Chuck and Susan. It was refreshing to be treated so well. I was told by a friend to make the 2.5 hour drive to see and I was not disappointed. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

I must say Justin was right! I called him in the morning told him what l was looking and wanting ,He asked me to please take the drive almost 1 1/2 hrs later that day and l had to thank him because l got excellent service starting at the front desk (Ann) then Justin and ending with Susan. Next day l drive exactly what I wanted! Again thanks to all the friendly workers and recommend everyone take the drive P.S l will never go back to Ray Cullens!

To Dan Brannon and Susan Riddell, Simply put. I almost bought my Malibu at another car dealer. When I walked in to HMP, I was greeted with happy helpful people. They showed me with respect to the other dealer numbers and options to the Malibu that made me rethink where and why I wanted to buy my car. Dan and Susan both made me feel that I could trust them right from the start, and they were giving me there best in helping me to get exactly what I wanted when choosing a car. I appreciated how they showed me that I was getting ripped off from the other dealer, but still showing respect to the other dealer and not putting them down. I purchased a new Silverado from Chuck in May. I have never made a purchase so easily. Chuck called me when he saw a truck he knew I would like. He gave me a great price and his service is second to none. One visit to see the truck. A second visit to pick it up. Susan had everything ready and right. Just that easy.
