I was so pleased to pick up my wonderful new Ford Escape from Island Ford on the weekend. My fabulous salesman, Dave Faithfull, was waiting for me with a big purple bow on the car. Dave has been a great help in putting me into this car and spending time with me to make sure I am familiar with all of the features. Ivan went out of his way to help my husband surprise me with a car in my driveway with a a giant ribbon on it. I am very happy with my new 2016 Ford Focus hatchback, it's great on gas. Months later whenever I have a problem or just need help syncing my phone to my car or how to put washer fluid in it l am comfortable with just stopping by the dealership with my question s and Ivan has always been happy to help.
