Toyota On The Park

From purchase to maintenance, always good service. It's the small things - from the staff including the shuttle drivers, the upstairs lounge (great view), and the car wash - that bring me back.

My first experience purchasing a car over the internet and everything went very well. Would have given 5 stars but didn't get the price I was asking but still compared to other dealers, the purchase price was very good. When I went to pick up the car, Justin Praamsma had it cleaned and detailed. He explained some of the dash electronics and set some up for me. I'm 67 years old so it will take me a few days to figure everything out. Overall, a good experience dealing with the people at Toyota on the Park, Toronto.

I just don't know how to express myself, or put it into words on the greatest experience I had at on the park Toyota. what can I say about Justin, the guy knows his Toyota in and out. his great knowledge on the Toyota products is unbelievable. believe me or not, I had visited almost every Toyota dealership all across GTA in searching for the kind of car that fit and suit my life style; but never actually met any sales personal that explain and go into every details on almost every Toyota product like Justin did, and I ended up with Toyota Corolla S. After all the great work Justin had done, upon picking up, Justin was detailing and cleaning my beloved Corolla S. That tells you that he his the kind of a sales guy that will take care of you from the beginning to the end. he even took his time to explained and set up all the gadget in the car. To just cut the long story short, I will say Justin was the reason why I purchased my 2015 Corolla s at On The Park Toyota. and again deal was out of this world compare to every dealership I had visited. and I wouldn't forget another great guy with a great sense of Humour, LEE, amazing team they put together at the On The Park Toyota. Friends, You want a greatest deal, don't be fool about all this big dealership all across GTA; Just go to On The Park Toyota and ask for Justin. he will guide and explain everything you need to know about the car that you desire and you wouldn't regret it. Recently, my husband and I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Toyota on the Park and we dealt with Brad Garrow. We found Brad to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient as we had many questions. Brad took the time and answered our questions without making us feel obligated to buy a car from him. We found this experience to be ver positive and will recommend both Brad and Toyota on the Park to anyone who is shopping for a new car. We can't thank Brad enough, we love our Corolla, so does our 20 year old daughter who drives it whenever she can.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. From the person who answers the phone, to the sales-people, to the service centre ........ everyone is always friendly, helpful, professional and polite. Not only are we super happy with Toyota (Prius, and now Hybrid Highlander), but the post-purchase experience(s) are always positive. I highly recommend Toyota AND this dealership!

Primarily, my sales rep Conrad Praamsma and I connected on a personal level, his knowledge of the Tacoma and options easy to follow and he addressed my needs specifically. Outstanding, is my rating 10/10! Also Aaron, the Gen. Mgr. came through to get me the truck of my dreams when the seeming "Unicorn" of a truck was diffucult to obtain on short notice...Also outstanding!
