I have received very good service from Hon Ho which has been true for a number of years now. The fact that they provide a taxi service when my car requires a longer period for service is an important plus for me.

Justin took time to understand my lifestyle and helped me understand what the best options were for my driving needs. He was patient during the test drive with the Prius which is very different than the cars I am used to driving. I felt like I was speaking to a friend. When I brought my husband back a few days later he was equally friendly and amusing at the time. I was able to make a decision and finalize the deal in less than a week. I am now the proud owner of Prius sedan -- Blizzard Pearl with a moon roof and cannot stop smiling. I would recommend this dealership and Justin to my family and friends. Amazing service. My service consultants have been Alisha Shah (my lastest visit ) and Alex Chan (past visits) I have found them both to be excellent. They take the time to explain issues if they arise. I can say that I have never felt that I am being sold a bill of goods. I have confidence in both of them that the recommendations are warranted when made. It also gives me a feeling of well being to know that they have been in the service department for a long time. Always recommend Toyota on the Park.

He helped make sure we got the best deal and affordable payments. He was also very patient with us as we were shopping with a newborn baby who needed changing and feedings! Service staff were friendly and efficient in getting me in for service. Nice lounge area with a restaurant - bit over priced for the food portions, but decent food.
