Most of the vehicles in our inventory are no longer covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. Warranties are available for an additional cost, however, all prices listed are "AS IS".
Bought this online last week and picked it up yesterday. Helen went out of her way to make sure I knew exactly what to expect. I was thrilled with the... car, more that I expected can't say enough nice things about how I was treated and the outstanding customer service. This is exactly what you hope for always and they deliver!

My wife and I bought two cars at the same time, and we dealt with the entire Hagan family, both at their new location in Chatham, as well as their location... in Girard. Andrew Hagan and his parents were extremely helpful through the whole process. Andrew coordinated everything we asked for (test drives, car fax reports, etc.) quickly and professionally. Andrew's parents were also very polite and helpful. I felt like I always received honest and thorough answers about every car I wanted to check out. Once we chose vehicles that we wanted, Andrew and the dealership was very accommodating and assisted us through the entire sale process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. There were a few fairly minor issues with the cars post-sale (like with any used car). Andrew always got back to me and completely took car of all of the issues, either himself, or through one of the dealers/shops he regularly uses. I have already recommended the Hagan's dealerships to people I've talked to who are looking for cars for all of the reasons written above, and I would highly recommend Andrew Hagan and his family if you are in search of a used car. I looked at many other dealerships, and none of them came close to the Hagan's in terms of earning my trust, and the level of service provided.

WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE THAT WE KNOW TO BEGIN THEIR SEARCH FOR A USED VEHICLE HERE. WE ALWAYS DO. NO HIGH PRESSURE, SLEAZY, DISHONEST SALESPERSON TRYING TO PLAY GAMES WITH YOU. THEY PRICE THE CARS VERY FAIRLY AND ALWAYS DO MORE THAN ANYONE COULD EVER EXPECT TO ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
If you go to buy a car here, go to someone other than Frank! I spoke with him several times through email and phone. I set up an appointment with him... over the phone the day before I was to drive there to go take a look in person and ultimately buy the truck. I live in St Louis, so it was roughly a 2 hour drive. The car had already been sold and he never thought to call. He said I should have called before i drove out there. I guess I thought that was why I made the appointment!!
Mr Romeos last contact with our dealership was Tuesday morning and not Friday as stated in his review. Our understanding was he was hoping to come on ...Saturday, and he was advised there were other clients looking at the vehicle. Mr Romeo did not come to our dealership on Saturday.. but called saying he was "on his way". At that particular time, the purchaser of that vehicle was still in the office doing the paperwork. The sales person did not even have the opportunity to call Mr Romeo and advise him the vehicle had sold. If Mr Romeo, who actually lives 1.5 hrs away, would have called prior to leaving St Louis, the worst case scenario would have been that the vehicle had already sold and he would not have had unnecessary travel time. I am sorry that Mr Romeo assumed we were holding the vehicle for 4+ days especially when no deal had been negotiated or value given for his possible trade in. For any customer who is viewing this review, as Manager of this dealership, I do want to clarify, that we do have a travel hold policy that we strictly adhere to. For customers who are wanting to come and see a particular vehicle, they should call the dealership just prior to leaving their home, and we will put a travel hold on that particular vehicle until they arrive IF IT IS STILL AVAILABLE. The vehicle will not be sold out from underneath them while they are travelling. Again, as Manager, I am sorry that Mr Romeo feels that our sales person did not handle this situation appropriately.
