Rowan Heard was a fabulous, knowledgeable, and friendly sales person, a true asset representing McGovern Subaru. Dealership building was impressive, clean and well organized. Loved the Doggie Waiting Room!!

I have been a Subaru fan for close to a decade. I have had 3 so far, Forester Sport, Outback Onyx XT, and now my new baby Limited XT. I have always gone to McGovern Subaru Portsmouth and feel like family the second I walk in the door. My pups are favorites, too, and we spend time in the pup room during oil changes. Shootout to Phil and his excellent sales efforts. Never felt rushed and good conversation was had.

This dealership is well set up, has good stock, and everyone is very nice/helpful.

Thanks for making it so comfortable to buy my new car. I love the way Cam took the time to teach me about the features my car had. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. I also appreciate the follow up phone calls to be sure everything was going smoothly and to check if I had any questions.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at McGovern dealership in NH. Rowan did an excellent job explaining all the high-end features of the Subaru Forester which we ended up purchasing. He went out of his way to answer any questions we had. The price was fair and reasonable for a brand new car. The other employees onsite were also very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Good salesman, however condition of car was deceptive. Told brakes were 7 out of ten. After one week and 100 miles brakes were acting up. When brought back to dealer, was told brakes were 5 out of ten and rotors warped…$800+ repair. Deceptive sales! Buyer Beware!

i got a 2024 subaru crosstrek here and it was my first time getting a car on my own and everyone was very nice and transparent! a lot of the time with buying a car I feel like people are trying to scam and make me pay the most amount possible, and I felt like everyone here was trying to help me and I was able to get a price in my range. Also it was not complicated and I went in at 9am and had a car by 2pm! Cheryl was great

Annelise was helpful, patient, friendly and answered all my questions. There was a discrepancy in the car’s mileage as listed in the car’s description and the actual odometer mileage. (Otherwise I would have rated the dealership 5 stars). I raised this concern to Annelise and Kyle and ultimately it was addressed to my satisfaction in the final negotiated price and financing. Throughout my experience with Annelise, Kyle and Nate I felt listened to and respected.

It was a great,experience working with Michael at Mcgovern Subaru. Everything was handled professionally .
