Germany Auto Brothers

I visited four dealerships (from small to corporate) the day I purchased from Germany Auto Bros. The Honda CR-V I purchased was not one I had seen online, but when I test drove it I knew it was what I was looking for. Tony was easy to work with, willing to negotiate to a competitive price, and asked what he could do to get my business that day. There was no sales pressure, but great customer service. Germany Auto Bros is by far the best family-owned dealership I visited. The vehicles I looked at were clean and in excellent condition. I would recommend this dealership to my own Grandmother.

Friendly but slow after I got home had to have a complete brake job it was not safe to drive they should check things like that. I let them know but they don't seem to care about safety,it should have been fixed before it was sold

Not very excited to sell a car. Gave us the keys and walked away. Didn't talk about the car, just showed the Carfax. Didn't pull the vehicle out for us and it was placed in a very narrow spot with a curb next to it and cars parked closely behind it. Finally inched it out so my husband could get in and the passenger door would not open. We promptly returned the keys, and she said "oh yeah, he's worked on that 2-3 times". Worst sales experience of my life. Drove into Toyota lot next door and bought a vehicle that day.

Germany Auto Brothers and team were both excellent, they could not have been nicer to deal with processing the transacting for my car. I had a wonderful experience and even the conversations passing the time was enjoyable with them both. A+++++

The vehicles are prepared to an incredible level of quality, priced competitively, and I found to be very straightforward and trustworthy.
