Mario was a good representative for your company. However, the repairs took a lot longer than expected. Thought I was only there for three or four hours ended up being there for six. The Shop and the workflow seem to be pretty high, but under control.

The dealership was quick with getting me in for a oil
The dealership was quick with getting me in for a oil change and check-up! When I called to make an appointment the service desk told me that I didn't need to make an appointment, that they were accepting walk-ins. Mario said it would take about an hour and a half to get it done. Sure enough they got it done quickly and he brought my car back to me with a free wash. I also had a coupon they had mailed me, so it was inexpensive!
