The staff there was friendly and helpful with my car buying experience. I never felt pressured to buy and they were very genuine about my process and what they wanted to help me look for. They made the purchase of my car easy and fast and were great at explaining everything that went into the buying process and clarified all questions I had for them. After all the xx this truck has a safety recall and now we have to take it to a ford dealer. Very disappointed. Active recalls 25582 - Rear axle half-shaft and hub assembly... The process took to long they over ran my credit many times and even after the purchase of the vehicle. And they sold me a vehicle that required a recall when carmax should have got the recall done in the vehicle before saleing the vehicle.
