It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Sales

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Sales Manager Nick, who was professional and kept his word on the number we agreed to. The sales specialist Mayenci was super helpful and did a fantastic job working to make the process easy and fast. Over $200 to pull out a penny, and not given the chance

Over $200 to pull out a penny, and not given the chance to remove it myself. Not vacuumed as promised. Missing door handle piece (from dealership tinkering) not replaced or even acknowledged. Nice folks, bad experience

We bought our Kia Sportage at this dealership one year

We bought our Kia Sportage at this dealership one year ago and just brought it in for its first service visit. While it wasn’t the closest service department, it was well worth the longer drive. The service reps were very friendly and knowledgeable and the service was completed in a reasonable time frame as we waited. Very satisfied- we’ll be back!

Very helpful, very low key!

Very helpful, very low key! Ishmael was very knowledgeable and answered all questions asked. He was extremely thorough in his tutorial about all of the car's features and reviewed them once again at closing. We highly recommend asking to work with Ishmael as you won’t be disappointed!
