Horrible experience

Told me I had to purchase paint protection plan for $1895.00 after driving 2.5 hours for a vehicle, Jake said it would just be added into the sales price if I didn?t want the warranty because they had already put the product on vehicle. So the price I was quoted was switched once I arrived and my trade in price was also around $1600.00 Short because Jake also said that was because I get a trade in tax credit so basically they they get the credit. I emailed general manager and no response.

Lauren listened to bad add in expense, and did not push anything on me. She helped w shuttle logistics and was pleasant to work with. She cared and took a personal interest.

Jake hooked me up with my new Truck!

Jake hooked me up with my new Truck! He even held my truck for a week to have a lift installed, new wheels, Bedliner, and window tints. I love my truck and I love how easy Castle made the whole experience. I will be a return customer.

Jake was so nice.

Jake was so nice. I've been looking for a car for a while now and Jake has been so helpful. I am just in the browsing phase right now and Jake has not pressured me whatsoever and has really just been educating me on all of my different options. Once I am ready to buy, it will 100% be from Jake.
