Beware, shady place

Beware of this place Serg is a shady character. He will tell you lies about your trade in and even bigger lies about their cars. Don’t go there.

In response to the gentleman who wrote this feedback. Tony came to our dealership on three separate occasions. The vehicle he wanted to purchase is on the showroom floor. The first two times he came to the dealership was to look at it and find out about the price and vehicles history, which we talked about and provided Tony the Carfax on the car he wanted to purchase. We emailed each other a few times during the week, after he had a chance to speak with his insurance company about insuring the new car. He then made an appointment for last Friday evening to come to the dealership with his trade-in to complete the transaction, and if everything went well would take it home that night. There were no surprises. After we appraised his trade-in, that is when there was a problem. When we told him the offer for his trade, he grabbed his keys and just left, nothing said, just picked up his keys and left. He was obviously upset about it, but that is part of buying a car. There was no counter offer to try and come to an arrangement, which is common in negotiations of a purchase for an automobile. Not much we can do to change someone's opinion on their perceived value of their trade, if not given the chance. I am sure we could have worked something out, had we had a chance to talk about it.
