They have a lot of great vehicles that are reasonably priced, and have low mileage.

They sold me a cargo van that they had to know had issues and when I had to bring it back to get those issues repaired (transmission and rear axle) they should’ve offered me a loaner vehicle. The repairs took almost a month and being self employed I lost out on a few jobs and revenue. I’m not very satisfied with Northway Automotive. I won’t go back or recommend them to anyone.

Clear pricing and no hidden fees. Willing to give out of door pricing without much hassle. However, the treatment and buying experience was very mediocre with sometimes feeling less than a customer. They for some reason chose to resurface the brake rotors on a sports car and didn't adjust pricing when a pre-purchase inspection turned up some potential (although minor) issues and only received one key fob. An overall very OK experience, nothing special and definitely room for improvements.

Above average used car dealer but still a used car dealership, tires, brakes, exhaust and head unit all went shortly after warranty expired.

Only received one fob with the car which is worth four hundred dollars and they would not reduce the price of the car to compensate for it

I only gave a 3 because the person i spoke with was very pleasant. Not enough was done for an accurate review. We spoke so that i could find out if the car was available for me to come and see. And we spoke so that he could tell me that the car was sold.

My car didn’t pass inspection I called them and didn’t hear back I feel they should fix it or reimburse me

It was a pleasure doing business with them , gave a fair price for our trade , will be back here again
