Went in for an issue with my electric parking brake and
Went in for an issue with my electric parking brake and they wanted me to spend an enormous amount of money on other items. Furthermore, getting a new brake, they wanted me to spend another $1500 on a related issue. It just feels like they wanted to milk me and not actually assist me. Furthermore and what really ticked me off was I made an appointment but they didn't begin working on the car till days later. On one of the days, I texted and called to get an update and got no response. Absolutely abysmal way of handling my appointment.

When my CX5 ended up needing a major repair that thankfully was covered under an extended warranty, Mark was great in pushing the claim through, helping get all the documents needed to get it covered. Good communication, courteous and fast service!
