My whole experience with Carmax was great. I found the process to be easy, professional, and fair. I especially want to thank the San Jose CarMax Associate, Dajionna Robinson. Deja was wonderful to work with and made the who buying process a pleasure. She helped me find a car after my first reserved car had a title dispute. She helped me set up a test drive, and eventually Deja helped me buy my amazing new car. She helped me with professionalism, honesty, and a good sense of humor. Thanks Deja!

Very transparent the whole process. From beginning all of way to the day I left the dealership with the vehicle.

NOBODY has contacted me at all! I'm interested in one of their vehicles and see how it can be transferred to another location closer to me, and crickets, nothing, nada. I'm very disappointed.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Applied and go approved to purchase a truck from them, got the email certification as well as the approved request to ship the vehicle to another CarMax location and then after I was already approved for the vehicle and took the credit inquiry hit and all they sold the truck right from under me and ship it somewhere else. All this while I am deployed and needing a vehicle for when I get back. Not very trustworthy at all.

Quick to take your money for car transportation, then unresponsive to messages. Waste of time. Good thing I took my money elsewhere and got a better car.
