Salesguy was great, however, vehicle was in an extremely dirty condition that I had to take it to the professional steam cleaning in order to get stains out, only 30k miles on it… I did everything online including credit app approval, but still waited over 3 hours in the store to get everything done. Just a bad experience overall.

You park your car and walk into the sales room. There is a main table with a person who assigns you a salesman. Ours was busy, so my son and I went outside where there was a line of BMWs. I saw the purple BMW and walked on, though I was still thinking of that purple BMW. I was called on my phone, to see if I was still on the lot. We sat down with Nicholas and I bought the purple car, after going on a test drive. I paid in cash, after I was told CarMax wouldn't take my credit car. They put a yellow bow on the car and we took pictures. I then drove my car off the lot.
