Excellent Customer Service
From start to finish all the employees I dealt with were polite and professional. Brent my service advisor listened to my concerns and took care of them all. He took the time to explain everything they did and actually told me he appreciated my business and Thanked me. Which you hear much in this country any more especially from young people. After this experience, I have full trust in their service department and will be a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Music City for a life-time.

Pre-owned GLC300
We enjoyed working with Kate Cardin during our shopping experience for a new vehicle. She was very prompt in replying to our request, and leading up to our appointment, she gathered information about our interests and preferences so that we could make the most of our time. We ultimately compared a GLB and a GLC and during our test drives, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and objective in what the two models would deliver side-by-side. Additionally, during the buying process, there were no games or gimmicks. She provided information on the current manufacturer promotion, we quickly arrived at an appropriate sale price that was at market value and then were provided with different financing options. Would highly recommend seeing Kate and her team if you're in the market for a Mercedes.

First Visit
This was my first visit to the "new" Nashville Mercedes dealership. I was a happy customer in Franklin for 6 prior cars but decided to make a change. I decided to check out Mercedes of Music City because of their incredible charitable values. My daughter's school has never been turned down. The GM, Edwin Vickery, has been generous beyond everyone's expectations. So, I tried out the dealership and couldn't be happier about my choice. Kevin Taylor, the service manager, greeted me at the door, showed me around, introduced me to the GM, concierge manager, extended warranty manager, etc. I felt welcome and right at home. We were offered a loaner car but my daughter and I spend a pleasant couple of hours with capaccinos, fancy juices, snacks and massage chairs. Kevin had suggestions for repairs/services I needed today, in about 6 months, and in about a year. We discussed pros/cons on 2 vs.4 new tires, etc. I am a car novice but felt informed. The concierge manager, Zack, patiently showed me how to program the garage door, set radio stations, set auto wipers and lights, etc. And everyone said call anytime! They even passed along cell phone numbers. Can't say enough good things about the dealership. They have my service business and will have my new car business next time.
