I have been working with Emilio Valdivia at MB of MC over the last several years. He contacted me as my car was at the end of its lease at the end of the year. I told him what I was looking for, and he sent me options of exactly what I was looking to get in. My monthly payment is almost precisely what it was for the older car. Given the COVID 19 virus, I was concerned about not only purchasing a new vehicle during this economic time but was there any risk involved trying to test drive a car and being around numerous people. I have been in quarantine as we all have. Emilio delivered the car to my house, where I drove it over the weekend. I went in on Sunday and got all the paperwork done and was back at my home within an hour. Everyone at the dealership was very attentive to social distancing and taking every precaution to provide a safe condition. Outstanding job, Emilio. You set the bar! Our 2014 E350 has found a service center second to none. The best . Highly efficient in every way from the time you drive up to the time my keys are returned. Matt was just friendly as he could be. The service is quick. Your are kept informed every step of the way through the process until completed. My wife loves the place because of the polite, courteous and reliable service but also because she can have all the ice cream varieties and snacks provided. They make you feel at home there and that by its self means a lot. Use them and you will like them too.

I had a great experience. Lori Garrett , the service manager got me in quick, they picked up my car from work and delivered a cleaned car to my home. Nice touch. Very friendly staff.

I had inquired about trading my car in and I got introduced to Emilio, good guy, honest, patient and went out of his way to keep in contact with me without being obsessed like some dealer salesman are.
