Avoid this Dealership

I first leased my car from them and was in and out within two hours. I was more than pleased with the dealership, until my car had water damage. Once I had to take it in to be fixed, it stayed for two weeks longer than originally expected. I then had the car in my possession for a combined four days over the next two months as the problem was never solved and required me to return to the dealership two more times. In this process of fixing water damage, the car was broken into and I had $1,000-plus worth of stuff stolen out of the car. When the service department was questioned by the police, the employees: A) Could not confirm that their lot was locked at night. B) Could not confirm that my car was ever locked after it was worked on. C) Admitted there were no cameras on the service portion of the lot. When I returned to the dealership to rationalize with them that I'd consider, with apprehension, renewing a lease through them, they were unwilling to work with me. They said that they couldn't really help me out, felt bad about the stuff being stolen but couldn't factor that into a lease, and then presented me with a number that was almost double what my previous lease had been two years prior. After talking with other Jeep owners in the Tuscaloosa area, I am not the first person to experience significant issues here.

Terrible Service Cant believe you are in business

This dealership is a JOKE.. No a sole wants to work, have to yell for anyone to even notice you are their shopping for a vehicle. Ask you to take a seat with dead and live cockroaches crawling all over the floor.

Buyer

I have had the most wonderful experience with this dealership! From the manager, to tsgse finance manager (Shazaam), my salesmen, DeAnthony and Corey, and especially Kendralyn! They all made my experience of purchasing a vehicle hassle-free and exciting! Don't go anywhere else to buy a new or used car! This is the place!!!

Recall on 2016 Ran 1500

Took truck in for a recall. I was told it would take less than one hour. It took 2 hours for a 5 minute computer update. The waiting room furniture is completely worn out. Service department is in disarray.

Car door lock

Excellent people they take care of your all your needs. They will try anything in their power to help. They will order,payoff, or give the best effort to help get, whatever it is you need a great bunch of people

Cardoor lock repair

This is the nicest car dealer that I have had the privilege of dealing with. They took the time to listen to and work with us, we purchased a 2018 dodge ram 1500. They did everything that they could to help us. If you are ever in Tuscaloosa, I would recommend them, the dealership is very clean and everybody is nice. When I asked about a new truck I didn't think they could do it, they keep the payments about the same, and we drove off the lot with a new truck with only 21 miles

Excuse original post

At first we didn’t have the best experience due to bad financial descions and not properly inspecting vechile and asking questions but once complaints were shown to GM he went above and beyond to make us happy.

Went in looking at used vehicles bought new.

Stopped by this dealership just looking. Did end up buying new after reviewing and test driving a new one. Didn't get everything completely right but did on most. Had issues getting enough update information upfront for a timely shipping delivery date. So understandable, some not. They finally got the information part up to speed.

Service Excellent

Excellent service my daughter goes to the University of Alabama she is from Rhode Island she has had her car serviced there which is been great. My daughters aunt is a Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealer in Rhode Island so we know what great service is. Keep up the great work thank you Keith Bailey

Car Purchase

Staff were kind and professional. I purchased the car for my son and brought him along so he could get a better understanding of the process. Our salesman was Brandon Ellis. He showed a great deal of kindness and professionalism. He took time to not only explain the process to my son but also the mechanics of the vehicle. Great car buying experience.
